Adam King's Teaching and Playing Background:

Adam King is the Owner/Tennis Director.  He first came to the US from this native country of New Zealand for a tennis scholarship at Texas A&M University in 1990.  He graduated from the University of Evansville in 1994.  His college playing honors included MCC Division #1 conference champ at #1 singles.  As a junior, college player and over 35 player, he also represented his country in World Events in Hong Kong, Australia, Turkey, New Zealand, and San Diego.

With 28 years of Professional Teaching experience, as a Director of 5 different clubs, and tournament director of over 160 USTA tournaments, you won't find a more experienced tennis professional.  Adam was fortunate to be trained by and work with Dennis Van der Meer, which is where he met Tony and Liezel 20 years ago. Most recently he had come full circle back to Van der Meer as the Associate Tennis Director. 

Adam's teaching honors include: North Florida Pro of the Year and Idaho Pro of the Year. PTR Professional since 1995.

Private Lesson Rates for Adam?

Members:                    $75/hour             $130/ 2, 1 Hour Privates (must be used in consecutive weeks)             $650/10, 1 Hour Privates

Non-Members:            $85/hour             $150/2, 1 Hour Privates (must be used in consecutive weeks)              $730/10, 1 Hour Privates

12 years of teaching experience, PTR and PTA certified.  Great with youth development and has a real talent for teaching kids ages 4 and up.  Abe, "Loves teaching tennis and it's his life's passion".  He is heavily involved in all aspects of our youth programs.
